Advice from a Master

Brilliant advice from friend and martial arts master, Peter Carbone Sensei. . . . .

Many times people have said, “You make it look so easy.” It is not that it is easy. It’s a degree of difficulty. You must invest time into your craft. I trained in groups of 1000 at times. Most people have the talent. All they need is the desire with patience and the dedication to sacrifice their time to the training.

Don’t look for hurried success and it will all come to be. No one can do it for you! When you think you are good enough and better than anyone else, you have defeated yourself. Don’t be a braggart, or put any one beneath you. It demonstrates a lack of virtue. True humility demonstrates maturity.
